LA’s City Attorney Hydee Feldstein Soto spoke at the May 15 Board of Directors meeting. Soto described the various functions of the City Attorney’s office beyond the prosecution of misdemeanor violations. She expressed great pride in the monthly “homeless court” that her office administers at the Refresh Spot on Towne Ave. in Skid Row.
