A hundred years ago, between 1917 and 1923, thirty acres of downtown Los Angeles on Seventh and Alameda Street was opened as a Los Angeles produce market. Formerly known as the LA Terminal Market that ran along the Southern Pacific Railroad and distributed 10 percent of the entire nation’s food products, this bustling hub has since undergone a dramatic transformation to create ROW DTLA. Within this hub of 1.3 million square feet lies six iconic buildings, one hundred unique stores, and fifteen new restaurants.

ROW DTLA has become the newest hotspot for retail, restaurants, and office space. However, ROW DTLA offers much more than shopping and dining, as the expansive area of creative space has hosted many workshops, fitness classes, festivals, pop-ups, art exhibitions, and specialty curated events since its opening. The goal of ROW DTLA creators was to create an overall lifestyle experience in the heart of Los Angeles.
