Yamasa manufactures many different brands of fish cakes (Yamasa, Yamasakura, Ono, Chinmi and Kamazen) covering a wide and unique customer profile. Each brand appealing to a different audience based upon flavor and texture profiles as well as price point. We ventured into the beverage industry with the introduction of the Yogu Farm cultured yogurt beverage in 1990. We now manufacture an array of beverage items as well as pudding products. We constantly strive to find new items to produce for our ever-widening customer base.
