It’s time to renew the BID! It’s been five years since we last asked for your support. The BID exists only because of the commitment of property owners to fund the services we provide. We are presently funded through December 31, 2026 but to continue beyond that date, the BID is required to obtain your support first on a petition and then on a formal ballot vote conducted by the City.
Presently, the BID picks up between eight and nine tons of trash daily, and responds to more than 1,000 on-demand pressure washing calls a month. Last year, our safety team responded to nearly 18,000 calls for everything from trespassing, blocked doorways/driveways, fires and disturbances.
